Shade Sails
Tensioned fabric shade sails — modern, sculptural, effective.
Shade sails are tensioned triangular or rectangular fabric panels anchored at three or more points. Done right, they look architectural and sculptural — done wrong, they sag and flap. We do them right: engineered anchors, commercial-grade fabric, and proper tensioning.
Sails are a great look for modern residential patios, HOA amenity areas, and commercial outdoor spaces where you want shade without the visual weight of a full structure.
What makes these work in Texas.
Engineered tensioning
Proper cable tensioning from day one — no sag, no flap. Turnbuckles for seasonal adjustment.

Questions we get about shade sails
Are shade sails strong enough for Texas wind?
- Yes — when properly tensioned with engineered anchor points and commercial-grade fabric. Common problem: hardware-store sails that sag and flap. Our sails use tensioned cable edges, turnbuckles for adjustment, and anchorage sized to your wind zone.
Can I install shade sails over my pool?
- Absolutely. Pool-deck sails are one of our most common residential installations. We anchor to existing structure or install dedicated steel posts matched to the surrounding design.
